Located in the heart of the Texas Hill Country, Wimberley Wellness Casita comes fully equipped with a king bed, bathroom, living room, kitchen, free WiFi, a washer and dryer, and ample outdoor space with stunning hill country views that will leave you in awe. Boasting patios and decks with outdoor seating areas and a fireplace, where you can sip a glass of wine, listen to the rustling leaves, stargaze, or catch a glimpse of the local wildlife, this Casita is perfect for your dream escape! In our outdoor space, we have a plunge pool, grills, a fireplace, multiple areas to relax outdoors, as well as a private swimming hole in the creek below (please note the main creek access is private property, but we have our own area indicated by signs when you head down). Each home is accessible by multiple walkways in both the front and backyard. While we hope our stay provides you with a space to relax and unwind, we also are pleased to share that we are within a 5-15 minute drive of so many major Wimberley and Drippings springs hot spots! You are close to wineries (1 is about 1 mile away!) breweries, distilleries, and restaurants plus downtown Wimberley is less than a 10 minute drive! While the property offers peace and seclusion, guests should note that there are three additional rental units on-site, with some shared amenities.
Other Details to Note
Wimberley Wellness is a one acre property tucked away in a canyon at the end of a quiet, dead-end road. We’re halfway between Wimberley and Hays City, just a 10 minute drive to both. It’s a perfect blend of hill country solitude and high quality restaurants, wineries, breweries, and parks. Our property drops down from the road towards the beautiful, spring-fed Lone Man Creek, which feeds into the Blanco River a few miles downstream. We’re located in an International Dark Sky Area (Wimberley won the International Dark Sky Place of the Year award in 2023!). There is very minimal development on neighboring properties, there are only a few spots on the property in which you can see any other homes in the canyon. It feels like you’re in your own world! With our secluded location in the hill country, you may spot resident foxes, deer, Painted Buntings, Purple Martins, turkeys, hummingbirds, or herons, all of which are routinely seen on our property. We gladly welcome pets, but please watch them carefully with the wildlife in mind. We also take pest control very seriously, but please remember you’re in the country. Keeping doors closed as much as possible will help to ensure the wildlife stays outside!

Guest Access
The Casita is one of three units on our 1 acre property. We do not currently rent out more than two units at a time unless booking the full retreat in order to maintain privacy and serenity for all guests. If you would like to rent out the entire property, please see the following Airbnb listing: airbnb.com/h/wimberleywellnessretreat All units have ample private space, however the pool and creek are currently shared amenities in which all guests are permitted to use. We allow 2 guests in Casita, but please reach out to us if you have a larger group. We would be happy to arrange additional units, our bunkhouses, or the full property to accommodate groups up to 20.
